“Northern Reflections” is a magical 55-minute sound journey inspired by our recent trip to the polar bear capital of the world, that weaves together the ethereal songs of beluga whales with the harmonic resonance of our singing bowls. This unique composition was created by recording the songs of beluga whales while we played our Soulstar Singing Bowls for them on the water, capturing their enchanting responses. What if my order arrives damaged or missing parts?
In the unlikely event that your items arrived damages, please reach out to us ASAP. We will do what we can to amend the situation, but it is important that you report any damage and provide photos of the broken item and the box that it arrived in.
Can I hear a sample of the different octaves?
We offer all of our crystal singing bowls in two octaves: the 3rd and the 4th. Additionally, we offer a high C in the 5th octave. Our Crystal Harp is in the 5th octave. Press play for a demonstration of some of what we offer.
Can I do express shipping and urgent orders?
Urgent orders can be processed on a case by base basis, but please reach out to us directly prior to completing your purchase!

Where are our crystal bowls crafted?
I am honored to collaborate closely with the maker or these bowls. She is a talented mother who shares a similar vision for bringing healing tools to the world as I do. Together, we design each bowl and set with intention and care.
Our bowls are ethically produced by a small, multigenerational, family-run studio in Hong Kong, where the art of working with crystals has been passed down through generations.
Every bowl is custom-made to order, and due to the handmade nature of the process, you can expect slight variances in colors and tones, making each bowl truly unique.
Bowls are shipped worldwide directly from the studio in Hong Kong. Because of the custom nature of these bowls, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
