I’m Demetra, and my journey with Soul Star Sound Sanctuary has been one of sound healing, alchemical creation, and deep connection with nature. Over the past decade, I’ve devoted myself to mastering the art of sound healing and crafting botanical potions and skincare through Sweet Spirit Apothecary.

My passion extends beyond personal practice; I teach Codes of Creation,  a year-long program in which we explore the harmonizing nature of the Earth’s cycles and connect deeply with the spirit of plants. Through these teachings, I guide others on a transformative journey towards living in alignment with the seasons and the natural flow of life.

Nestled in the heart of the forest, I share a tranquil home with my partner Colin, where we’ve built and designed a hempcrete spiral home inspired by the sacred geometry of the golden ratio. Here, surrounded by the nurturing embrace of nature, we live in harmony with the land, embodying the principles of balance and interconnectedness.
